New Concealed Carry/EDC

Thinking about pulling the trigger on a new CC today.
I'm going to check the indoor range to see if I can get my hands on a P365 & a Hellcat & side by side compare with a box of ammo. Glocks have never fit my hand right or or had a natural feeling in my hand.
So guys with the P365 &/or Hellcat, what's your holster of choice and carry method? I usually carry IWB in small of back, but with a smaller framed .380.
I'm also thinking about grabbing a pocket sized .380 like an LCP or LCP2. I have a few hundred .380 rounds and I lost my last .380 in a canoe accident. For real.

I have a P365 and use a Black Arch Protos Holster around 4:00-5:00 position. The holster is lightweight and breathable.

I carry 365 XL grip frame with the standard 365 slide. 90% of my carry is a Galco Lite shoulder holster. The other 10% is split between Blackhawk paddle, Israeli OWB and DeSantis IWB.

Vedder light tuck holster. carry IWB at about 3:30.

i daily carry both glock 43 and 43x...the 43 has a strike industries +2 that pushes the palm swell higher, might be an option
doubt you'll make a mistake with those 2 options, recommend the stealthgear for whatever you decide

I have the p365 with a Rounded holster and I like both. The holster can get a little awkward if not seat right.

If I were buying one right now it would either be the P365x or the P365 x-macro.
I have no experience with the Hellcat however.
I have the P365 XL that I carry in a BlackPoint Tactical holster.

Appendix carry a P365 and have no issues. It’s a great gun.

P365 which I was carrying in a wethepeople kydex holster that came with it. It wasn’t terrible, easy on and off but retention was not great. I recently got a galco tuck and go 2.0 which sits lower making it print slightly less, but it’s a bit more difficult to get a grip since it sits lower. I carry 4 o’clock position with a slight cant.

After a side by side (not shooting) think I'm leaning to 365x tac pack.

P365 & a Hellcat
Glocks never fit me either.
Went and shot the glock 43, 43x and the other two listed.
Bought the 43.
It fit and felt great. Shoots very well.
I did not like the way the others fit. The trigger guards dug into my middle finger on the grip

Actually was looking into doing this to mine this morning. Is it as simple as switching the grip frame out? Will the standard mags that came with the OG 365 still work?
OP: my vote if I were buying today would be the 365X. Love my reg 365 and wouldn't hesitate to recommend any of the 365 platforms.

I do not like shooting the hellcat at all. That's why I dont carry one. I understand the size and capacity it has, but i hate shooting it. I wouldnt carry something i didnt like shooting because you should practice what you carry with.
I carried a shield for a long time until I bought a VP9SK.

The LCP MAX is my pocket gun. Definitely recommend it. Get the MAX version. Same footprint as the LCPII but with better capacity. Love it for when I have to pocket carry or need something smaller than the HK on my belt.

Look at the P365 x macro. Bought one about a month ago. I own a Hellcat G43X and G48. This gun is the best EDC gun out of tge box imo.
Better trigger than the others. Better ergonomics and the 17 Rd mag is a game changer. Sig put the red dot milling on the macro in front of the-rear sight so you don’t lose it like on the XL. The grip has panels to accommodate most hand sizes. Put 200 rds through it so far with no issues.
The built in comp takes tge snap out of +p ammo. Also has a Picatinny rail where you can ad a TRL 7a light.

It is as simple as swapping them out, you will need the xl magazines though.

Love my hellcat, will say that I switched the stock trigger though, installed a have monarch trigger. Appendix carry using a versa carry minimalist pro holster.

This. My reason for doing this was to get the full size grip and mag capacity but shorter barrel so that it was more comfortable to carry.
You can keep a regular 365 and use the 10, 12 and 15 round mags. With the XL grip module, I can no longer use 10 round mags. Hasn’t been an issue but I can always switch back to the 365 grip frame if I wanted to carry the smaller capacity magazines.

I usually carry IWB in small of back
Be very cautious with this. If you fall directly on your back you're likely going to jack some discs in your spine. I'd try to shift the gun a bit to the strong side.
As for my carry methods:
Kahr CM9 in a Desantis Nemesis (pocket)
M&P Shield in N82 (IWB, 4 o'clock)
M&P9 2.0 Compact in CrossBreed Supertuck (IWB, 4 o'clock)
