Folks on the rant were saying its only 125-130 class deer, what does the OB think?

That deer is 158" in the same way that Myles Brennan is 194 lbs.

Why is he holding his hands like that and not holding the horns?

Looks kinda weird.

That deer is absolutely a 150 class deer.

Those tines are massive

8 points are really hard to get to 150" because of the missing tines. You not only have the 2 length measurements, but you have the girth missing too. If that deer was a 10 point I'd give it 155-160 all day long, so I'd say high 140s is very likely.

He is a 132-135 at best, He is also sitting 3 feet behind the deer which is giving it that larger appearance. He isn't holding the horns his hands are clasped together. Trick photography

It’s close enough that I don’t see a reason to question it.

I would not say it's 158" deer. Great deer and probably high 140s, but not a 160" deer as they're saying

Tines are big, but not extremely long like an 8pt would require to reach nearly 160. Same with brow tines

Y’all think he just made that score up or something? Most of this board have never seen a deer that size much less measured one.

So you think he is just legit lying about it on a very popular whitetail deer page?

Look at the tines, and look at the mass at the base of the brows. That deer gives me no reason to believe he is lying
