You actually get (4) diameter measurements per side on every deer, even 6 points.

Its rare but 8 points can definitely get that big. I have personally seen one that went 162, granted it was the most heavily massed deer I have ever seen.

No you don’t. You measure half way between the G3 and the end of the main beam. All deer get 4 mass measurements per side. If you score a six point you measure halfway between the G2 and the end of the main beam and use that measurement twice.

Hell, even a spike gets 4 mass measurements. You would measure the halfway point of the spike and use that number 4 times

That thing is a stud. He has mass all the way up his mains, even mass on each tine. Long tines too. Would love to have an 8 that size on my wall. I think he scores that all day.
