Man Gets Attacked By Lion

I’m a terrible person for laughing at that video, but why in the hell did he go in there?

Stupidity always carries a price.

Did the guy actually yell shoo?

I mean the dude was capable of going 2 MPH max speed. WTF is he doing in the cage with anything other than a sloth?

Old fella triggered something in that lion when he took off running

The article I read- the old man is the owner of the wildlife park in South Africa. Apparently, the lion was agitated vie to a smell in the habitat. The owner and another guy were trying to investigate to remove the smell to calm the lion down.

Mission failed.

That said, old man appears to be a tough old fart because he survived and is recovering in the hospital. Lion is now a rug.

The dude is growling at the lion

No doubt, park owner or not he’s an idiot.

To a predator he’s a weak link, being an old guy and can hardly walk in the cage.

He turns his back to a predator, that’s a huge no no.

Then he runs and gives chase to a predator.

I’m surprised he survived.

I’m pretty sure the simple fact that it’s a lion should answer that question. They are big and powerful, trained or not lion is gonna do what he wants.
