Zero. I'm excited for some cold weather deer hunting, though.

Ducks are thin around me. There were more in August and September, I mean they were from Mexico but they were ducks.

Always a 10 before the season opens, drops below 5 after an hour in the blind. Been out to the blind the last two weeks and I think I saw maybe 50 duck's total. Glad the rain is falling though, we need it.

I’ve still got a ton of tomatoes on the vine up here in TX panhandle. Haven’t heard or seen a flock of geese yet in a couple weeks. Last year at this time, area was covered up with them. I thought with all the snow north of us last few days there would have been a push, but I haven’t seen it other than cranes.

Smoked them in Pointe La Hache this morning, 99% teal, but first light till about 6:30 was some wild stuff. Absolutely loaded with birds. Completely surprised us all. I didn’t even bother going buy another box of shells because of being so pessimistic. Got a 3 man.

Catahoula is being flooded naturally, lots of rain last few days and today and looking like more to come and some cooler weather. They're leaving the Diversion Canal open so itll drain quick (gotta make sure those Delta 25k guaranteed water leases get water, I guess).

We'll kill ducks regardless but when and where is the question.
