I changed it up and went to a Leatherman Skeletool couple months ago. Really liking it so far. Carries like a knife, but has been pretty useful as well.

Leatherman Wingman. Clips to your pocket like a regular pocket knife. You don't realize how many times a day you need pliers until you gottem. I use every tool in my Wingman at least once a week.

Spyderco Paramilitary has been my go to for a long time. Zero complaints.

About to buy an Esee 4 to take into the woods.

Can’t go wrong with Devin Thomas Damascus.

Or, if you like a more “tactical” knife go with Kershaw Skyline with Alabama Damascus.

Can you tell I like Damascus?

I rotate between a min grip and a Spyderco Lil Native. I love my Para, but it’s a little much for me for EDC. Honestly I carry this a lot.

Count me in as another bench made crooked river fan. Full size.

It’s literally the only knife I ever saw that I just had to have. It’s perfect.

Next is a Benchmade Bugout

I recently lost my EDC of several years, a MiniGrip. I couldnt decide on a new one and ordered a bugout and custom minigrip. I love my mini, but the bugout is awesome. very thin, light, deep clip. I really like it.

Underrated as a knife, not a very good screwdriver/prybar, but its cheap enough that I treat it as a tool.

Might look at getting a Leatherman, they've come a long way

Lots of good options here. IF I could only carry one knife on me, it'd be hard to steer me away from a Victorinox One Handed Trekker, NS.

na brother got it from Fox. theyve got a Tanto model out now as well. i fell for the tacticool advertising but dont regret it. After 3 years and thousands of malfunction-free deployments theres no buyers remorse here.

I have a Spyderco Military, and have been bringing an ESEE 5 into the woods for almost 10 years. Both very solid, reliable knives

Now if you want to be straight up practical, get a Dewalt folding utility knife. But there's no fun in that.
