Dumbass was on his phone and rear ended me at a high speed. Had a 2010 ford fx2. Time for an upgrade.

The RAM's are just beautiful inside. The screen (either size) is just much nice than the Ford screen. How's RAM's reliability? I'd be purchasing the 2020 so hopefully they have some of the kinks worked out, but chrysler is known for reliability issues apparently.

Likely only need the V6s since I don't tow anything heavy. 4WD a must though.

Can anyone chime in on personal experience?

Hemi V8 is the correct choice. I have a 2019 Ram limited and can recommend it.

Just purchased a 2020 Tundra 2 weeks ago. I had two 4x4 f-150 XLTs before this truck both had transmission issues at 110,000 miles. Wanted something different. Was interested in Z71 until the transmission guy told me that he sees more GM transmissions then any other brand. Not a huge fan of Dodge. I think the truck looks nice, but everyone wants to call it a RAM and it’s still a dodge in my book. The Tundra I purchased has leather not flashy on the inside but it has the biggest cab I ever seen almost too much room. The only complaint I have about it so far is the 14.5 MPG I’m getting on the Hwy right now

That's the thing that bugged me with Tundras when i was looking Great, reliable trucks, but I get about 20 on the highway in my v8 f150 4x4.

I’ve driven Fords for over 30 years. Just bought the 2020 Ram Limited and I’ve never been more satisfied with a truck. The ride is like a Mercedes, the interior is unreal. Ford and Chevy have a lot of catching up to do.

I’m definitely giving the Rams a look when I’m ready. They look amazing plus I love the idea of the side storage on the bed.

The current Ford is outdated and due for a model refresh, so it'll be an "old body style" next year. The reliability of the turbo engines is still questionable. The Coyote 5.0 is great though.

The Ram REALLY impressed in quality and ride. The Hemi is a proven engine as well. I'd go with the Ram over the current F150.

The new Sierra/Silverado is a very impressive truck. The interiors are huge, ride is great, much quieter on the inside. I have the new Sierra and regularly average 20MPG per tank (50/50 hwy/city) .

Been in a GM since 07. Just got a Ram. It's nice. There's some things I think GM does better, some things Ram does better. I could drive either. SiriusXM is the only real complaint I have so far with the Ram, and a little with how the Uconnect handles texts. I may just need more time with it.

Go for the RAM. I have a 2019 Laramie and I love everything about it. Came from a 2016 F150.

GM- junk.

Tundra - plastic interior, c channel frame not fully boxed like everyone else, horrible gas mileage. But yes if you want that reliable 2007 technology go ahead.

I'm on my second Hemi RAM, put 90k on the 2015 ave 21MPG nothing but tires and oil changes. Have 35k on the 2019 , ave 20 mpg, no issues, like the inside better. Dealership made a better deal on the 2015 w free stuff added on. I added leather for $1000

they're all nice when they're new. Whats it gonna be like in 2 or 3 years+?

I think everyone- especially Dodge- has upped their game. I'd be more interested in how they hold up and resale/trade in value.

For about 8 to 10 years, Ram's have had INCREDIBLE initial build quality. I had a 2012 or 2013 rental that was near base level trim and it was very nice and supremely comfortable for a half-ton.

BUT, it had under 7500 miles on it. I wouldn't want to be paying a note when it had 50k, 75k or :shudder: 100k.
