Half don't hunt much
850 acres.

It's has deer. Killed a few. 45 min drive and easy for me to bring the kids. I'm happy.

It was a family lease with a guy I work with family. They are amazing people and let me in. Really fortunate to find them. Type of guy you could work with every day until you retire.

A Bunch...
Right at the County Break line between Osceola's and Eastern.
I don't hunt them but I love to mess with their minds while I'm deer hunting.
Often times I hunt in a chair and they'll go walking by kinda staring hard at me...so I flap my arms and 9 times out of ten they ease closer for a better look, had them walk up to within 30 ft or so many times.
Their Alert...Not Smart
We also have some Quail , Rabbits , real good Frogging and the drinking and driving the side by side is outstanding.
93 Thousand acres gives you lot's of dim roads to drive.

Very happy. Each member has their own area with a plot and surrounding acreage to do what you want to with. We also have open areas to hunt/explore, some with stands some without.

We have a great setup with power and water for the campers and a hut with water and electricity to hang out in. A nice open area in the middle of the campers for the fire pit. Great group of guys to do club chores and hang out with.

$6100 dollars a year.
3800 acres
14 member with but 4/5 of them are far away and have other properties too.
In Alabama

We just put this club together so it will be my first year to hunt it. Comes with a big plantation house. Caretaker takes care of all the planting and roads and camp house. Only about 45 minutes from my front door in mobile. Lots of deer on it and some bigger deer for that area. I’m really in it for the turkeys though and only about 4 of us will be turkey hunting it seriously.

1000 acres in NWLA
17 members
2 stands each

We had 2000 acres and 25 members at $650 a member but lost 1000 recently that won't be leased for the next year or 2.

Paid $650 but should get a few dollars back. We are 6pt or better and get 1 doe. I like it. See deer damn near every time we go.

I thought we were talking about leases. I also have 80 acres of family land all to myself in North Central Louisiana which I enjoy hunting; but I like a change of scenery once in a while on our lease.
