If anything it just shed. They tend to start look dirty/dry before they shed. Their eyes will look real foggy/milky also, because they have skin covering them too.

Ever have a great idea, like cooking 40 pounds of crawfish for 3 people and thinking I’ll just bag and freeze the extra tails to make crawfish etouffee?

Main problem was I was drunk as shite and we cooked them for supper not at like lunch-3 in the afternoon. I peeled tails until midnight
