on his property around the Beaumont TX. area.
His ducks have been coming up missing.
He wants to shoot it but was wondering about any legal ramifications.
What can he do?

I thought you could kill ANYTHING if it was posing a threat or causing physical damage to your property..i.e. killing off your wild game in this instance..

Not exactly sure though..

Pretty sure he cant shoot it unless it endangers his life. If he sees it just scream "It's coming right for us!" and shoot.

Not miss...

ETA: Either kill it or or call the Tx wildlife dept if he can prove he has livestock coming up missing and they'll come get it

In Texas he can shoot the Mountain Lion, all he will need is a hunting license.

no.
He just likes to kill everything he sees and I told him to call the Wildlife Dept. out there in Texas to come relocate the big cat.
He just wants to Choot-It.

Not trying to be a dick but I just heard about it from my aunt's dead grandpa's brother from another mother's sister's mom.
She didn't say if he saved the pic of anything.

The correct phrase is:

Shoot,
Shovel,
Shutup.
