This morning I killed one while drinking the coffee. I see one from time to time.
They aren't my favorite insect. About a month ago my roommate went crazy and took everything out the cabinets and bombed them with whatever. It was so bad I HAD ...;)....to go sleep with the chick I was seeing at the time.
So I was looking for something a little less insane than a bug bomb

I don't even care. I'm a big pussy when it comes to cockroaches. No other bugs bother me. The fact that these can fly and look like little turds is enough to keep me away.

We tried 1 min, 2 min, and 5 min in a plate that had water in it with an upside down bowl covering the water and roach, and finally just put it on high for 10. opened it fully expecting to never cook popcorn in there again and out it came.

Are you in an apartment?
If so they can come from anywhere. Someone posted about suspend I think is the name. Heard good things about it. Just get you a 1 gallon pressure sprayer and mix according to label. Bengal works great for spot treating. I would treat cabinet baseboards and around garbage can etc where roaches hang out. Not hard to kill. Just keep on top of it.

Anytime the cross throuh it they die, just spay around doors, baseboars, trash can, etc. It works on most bugs including spiders

I used to use Bengal every few months. And it seemed I could never get rid of them. Guy told me about Harris Roach Tablets. Haven't seen a roach in a year.

I have to say bengal roach spray is the best thing I have ever seen for killing roaches...it is expensive as hell, but if you spray it around the baseboards and behind all appliances, I'll garantee that every damn roach in the place will come staggering out into the open and die within a minute or two of spraying that area...I have never seen anything nearly as good...
and one of the best things about it is, it is totally unscented...once the propellant airs out of the house, there is absolutely no scent or residue of any kind....
