Fishing must be good near them piles!

He isn't breaking a law, but ethically he should not park there daily....plenty of places to fish.

I asked a simple question and you came back with an attack on my family (by the way, so did the Deacon). Go back to your trailers, eat a hamburger helper, and go watch duck dynasty. I wish i would have never even asked for advice, didnt realize I was talking to a bunch of dipsh*ts.

For the record, I attacked you, not your family.

When I first moved back from California I moved on Cross Lake off Lakeshore Drive.

They had this issue going back to the 1990’s. People were throwing bricks at boaters.

My neighbor was soooo smart.
Threw a brick at a boat damaging the console on a fiberglass boat. The fisherman filmed it on his camera phone which everyone has now.

He had to go to criminal court instead of paying the citation, and civil court to pay for the damages to the boat.
It was a champion boat and not a cheap fix.

He was also fired from his job. The boater was a good customer of the company he worked for.

His wife told me the judge reminded him that the City of Shreveport owns that lake. It was built to store drinking water for the citizens of Shreveport.

Now they did have the rules of having to have a permit and no fishing around the dock after a certain time at night. I assume the rules are still in place.

This is a way to get in legal trouble.
As far as being over 6ft, I seen them cry like a baby after assaulting someone. The person they assaulted fought back and won.

Just not worth it.

I am on your old man’s side. Treat it just like public deer hunting. Yeah it’s public, but there used to be an honor code. I simply switch over to squirrel hunting. Miss alot. I’m a bad shot i guess. I,d build some type of noise making device on my dock, like a paddle wheel. Respect is long gone in some today.

It’s basically the same as a person being new to a job. His first day otj, he begins back talking and sassing long time veteran employees. He has not EARNED his place to do that yet. But thats what happens.

Basically cutting in line, me myself and i attitude.

quote:

The problem starts with brush piles, people make them, then drop them in the lake to use as artificial reefs. These artificial reefs attract fish. But despite whoever works on them once they hit the water, it’s considered public.

“They way they view it, they did the work. It’s their spot," Sergeant Mitchell said.

I myself would not fish the old man’s bushes, because that would make me feel like i was lazy and looking for a cheat code. Not my style. I’m a hard worker and earner. And the default assumption is that all red arrow clickers are not.
