Be careful out there especially older guys. Damn near had a heat stroke yesterday

I was just trying to organize a bunch of my tackle art a storage unit. I had been there for a couple hours and really been fine and talking to a couple other guys and I swear it hit all of us almost at exactly the same time I got a little dizzy, the whole 9 yards and just was really really dehydrated. Almost passed up.
It really didn’t seem that hit and I was completely fine until I wasn’t. Liquid IV did the job, but crazy how fast that came on.
