by introducing different genetics in our wildlife?

I don't want hybrid crappies, northern whitetail genetics in our Southern herd, florida bass swimming around with our native Louisiana bass, etc, etc.

I want the real thing that got here and evolved here the natural way.

If that were the case, we wouldn't have cows or corn.

Then you wouldn't have deer, wood ducks, wild turkey, etc. since our ancestors hunted the shite out of them and almost drove them to extinction.

Humans frick with shite and the only way we have anything is because we have to frick more with it.

Cows were once wild and we bred that out of them.

Corn is 100% an invention of mankind. It was bred from wild plants.

All derived from people "messing with things"

I personally like having deer to hunt; so I'm glad they brought them in.

They're still the same genus and species, so what's the difference?

The deer you kill here now that are "native" were probably descended from deer transported here in the 60s.

shite prior to restocking there were parts of La with no deer season

Idk man. Hybrid rice, roundup ready soybeans, etc. are some of the best things to happen to the industry and honestly the whole population

This does kinda sound like something my grandfather would say as he showed me pictures of the 200 bass they caught (and kept) in only 4 hours back in the 70's.
