Give me a zip code and height of fence, with/without top rail and how many gates and ~ how many feet of fence I I will run it through my estimating software for that will give you a very close estimate...

Yeah it saved a bunch of money but man it was some work, only had 3 others with me but got 90% of it up in 2 days. Much rather doing it myself than paying over $6000. I rented a pull behind auger and got at it.

I just got a quote for 8 foot pine, 21.50 a foot, I will be doing that myself

yeah that is outrageous but after doing all that worl myself, i cant blame them for wanting to charge that, however, its not worth that

did a 100ft section cedar fence myself. they wanted $24 per liner foot. Frick that. saved about $1500

Built this one last year. It's about 135ft with cedar
Built it myself. It took me longer to dig the holes that it did to build the fence and that was with a gas powered auger.

Chain link is easy. Post every 10' build corners pull tight with a tpost and a come along on your truck ball and clip it to the post

Easy as pie.

the flat 2x4 at top is awesome, it's like a man made shelf for bee bee practice at shooting cans.

Also good for keeping the squirrels on your side of the fence when you shoot them...
