I have some land (private) I hunt that's four hours away so I'm thinking about setting up some cellular camera so I can monitor activity from home.
1. Which camera do you use.
2. What's the monthly cost ?

I run Tactacam and Stealthcam.
7 cameras probably runs me around $100 a month and I run them all year long. I will eventually move all to Tactacam once the stealth cams crap out.
I’ll be buying more cams this weekend because I picked up some more land in South Texas.

I’m using tactacam, camera was $149.00 and doing the 13 dollars a month for unlimited pics. You can pay an extra $5 a month for 50 hd pics/vid or $9.99 for unlimited.
I hunt around an hour and ten minutes from the house, so I don’t bother with the hd. I’ll cancel the service in December and start back around next September.

I use the Cuddeback system. I have 1 Cell camera and 6 remote cameras. The 6 remote cameras send pictures to the cell camera or piggy back off of each other if they're too far from the home cell camera.
My remote cameras are an older model, so I use battery packs on 2 and the rest have rechargeable batteries with solar panels.
Some of my cameras have been out for 400+ days without changing batteries. I did empty the SD cards once but just because I had time to do so, it wasn't needed.
I pay 180 bucks a year for plenty of photos. You can add up to 24 cameras to one system and pay the same price.
The only cons I have run across, low quality are sent to your phone/app (higher quality are saved to system) and you don't always get the photos right away (not a big deal).
EDIT: if the animals are close, the quality is fine, it's when they're further you can't see details like counting points

I run Spartan year round have about 12 of them on 2 properties. They have excellent support and take great pictures and you can get video.
Not cheap and I pay $36/5 GB of pictures with 3 cameras on each GB. I may be off a little on the GB price it’s all from memory.

Tactacam reveal. Best option that won't break the bank.

Stealth...is not the best, but work pretty good, non existent customer support, but dont really need them
Sam's club currently has the stealth camera on sale for $79.00 which includes batteries, card and 2 months of unlimited service, after that the monthly fee is tiered and goes down to $11/month per camera if you have more than 3
their new cameras allow on demand photos and videos and new platform allows you to share your cameras with others without them having to log on to your account, and you do not have to choose ATT or verizion, the camera works with both and will automatically search for which carrier has the strongest signal

1. Spartan
2. $36/ month for four cameras 2GB
I’m looking hard at some WiseEye to test out on trails. I like the fact that it’s local, has less equipment for the same solar capabilities, has better data (feeding time charts) and has a better price point.

I run muddy cams. Run about $80 each. I have unlimited pics on all of them. $20 for the first camera and $15 each one after that. Not saying they are the best but for the price they are hard to bear. Muddy and stealth cam are basically the same thing. They use the same app.

In the past we've had Moultrie, Stealth, Wildgame and Covert.
We started over last season with Tactacam. So far we love them. We use 4 during the season but keep one up all year. We haven't had any issues with them and the pics are very clear.

I have 2 Moultrie cams. $10.00 per month (each). Makes hunting season a lot more fun to have 24 hr access to know what is going on at your bait station.

Reveal Tactacam. $13/mo for unlimited pics and I think additional cams are like $10 each

Don't we do this like once a month or so?

With Spypoint, if you join the VIP club, you can save a lot of money.
I have 7 cameras doing 250 pics each per month at no charge. The VIP cost $8.33 per month, so I’m paying like 1.20 per month per camera for 250 pics.
I use the Flex cameras so the pics are pretty good quality.
Wise Eye has really good pics

250 pics per months? What’s the point of that? Less than 9 pics per day. Maybe if the camera is on a scrape or rub but not if it’s on feed or plot.

I set up 2 Tactacam’s and 1 of the Sam’s Club Stealthcam’s last weekend on a remote property.
The Tactacams can’t get a signal but the Stealth is doing great. I’m pretty disappointed in the Tactacams; I’ll try changing networks, but pretty sure I need to take them to a spot with service to do that.
I’m guessing the Stealth works fine because it chooses the network in its own?
