I am going to try to brave cooler weather this year. I really don't have anything for the feets for in boat use in cold. Looks like everyone(Huk/Pelagic/Xtratuf/Grundens/Muck etc) is making an ankle boot these days. What are you guys wearing? Looking for:
1. Comfort(I am on one foot a lot due to trolling motor)
2. Warm
3. Boat friendly-no need for lug sole
4. Wide toe box

Do you guys hate any of these?

Mucks ankle boots are perfect for cold wet weather in boat. Good grip, big shoe, very soft cushion sole.

I have a pair of Grundens and Xtra-Tuf. I have wide feet. I like the Grundens a lot better. They make a lined version of their boot now but I just wear hiking type socks with them in the cold and it works well.

Xtratuf wheelhouse boots are awesome.

Saw some Simms ankle boots that look nice though. May have to give those a try.

I have had xtra tuff and the Divebomb boots. Divebomb are warmer but pretty similar in comfort.

I had some old Clark's insulated side zip water proof boots I've worn for years. Zippers broke. They stopped making them years ago.

I have big feet, but not wide. I tried Grunden deck boss and the 7" Simms boot this weekend. Both were very tight in a 13, and not comfortable in the sole. Take that for whatever it's worth.

I wear xtratuff boots in the winter. I wear the ankle boots on the boat, but I keep a pair of full sized Grundens in the truck that I put on when putting the boat on the trailer.

Depending on which ramp I use, the tongue can be slick as hell in the winter, so I want taller boots to hook up the chains and not get wet. I even keep a pair of hip chap style waders in my truck in case I have to get knee deep in the water at the ramp.

I fish in cold arse temps. Really cold. I've thrown my cast net in freezing temps to catch gizzard shad to catfish with and the deck of the boat is covered with ice.

This time of year you can find ice fishing suits on sale and they are fantastic out on a boat when it's in the teens.

Got a pair of the XtraTuff Sport version recently and holy crap they are comfortable. Like a cloud compared to the originals.

I'm hearing a lot of complaints about the xtratuffs on durability lately.

If I were buying now, I'd look into
Lacrosse
Chene
DiveBomb

Like I said in a previous post, ankle boots are great on the boat. I don't have a preference because they're all comfortable enough. But in my opinion, you also need to carry a pair of full length for loading/launching. The Grundens are good for that and they will also fold down and have a strap for tucking the top part down in, so they can be made to fit like an ankle boot. That probably doesn't make sense but I don't know how to better explain it.

I fish every week of the year and have prepared myself for being on my boat in any weather condition.

I have at one time or another had every boot and more (Shimano Evair) you listed with the exception of Huk. I now have a pair of Grundens deviation and also the deck boss. These are IMO far more comfortable than any I've ever owned. Probably the only boots I've ever been able to wear for a full day of fishing without changing shoes due to my feet hurting.

How were those? They look like they are actually shaped like a foot.

Get less than a year out of XtraTuf before they split here. 2nd pair that's done this. I'm done with em.

They were the most uncomfortable I've ever owned. I even tried the sandal style for summer but couldn't even get through a day with them.

Grundens for the win. I wear mine just about everyday (fishing, around the house, to the office on rainy days, etc.) Ive had mine for 2 years already and they get used quite frequently. No problems whatsoever.
