Most applications tell you not to mow 2-3 days before or after treatment.

Right, but with as slow acting as Atrazine is I just want to make sure it's ok to mow it down even 7 days after treatment.

I’ve never waited more than 3-4 days before mowing. It should be in the soil by then.

I wouldn’t be scared to mow at all

It's definitely henbit. Thanks for all the information guys.

Looks like I need to get more diligent on my spraying of pre-emergents.

Does anyone know what this weed is? I sprayed the yard with Weed Free Zone a few weeks ago and everything else died out nicely, except for this stuff. What is it? How do I kill it?

Poa annua, as the previous poster said.

Going to be tough to kill being that mature. Try atrazine or simazine. Really need to be put atrazine down in the late summer/early fall and then again in the winter next year. Only way to truly defeat poa is for it to never come up.

North Georgia, Have Bermuda grass, I put down Prodiamine down 2 weeks ago. I have Q4 Plus(Quinclorac 8.43% Sulfentrazone 0.69% 2,4-D, dimethylamine salt 11.81% Dicamba, dimethylamine salt 1.49%) which says not to put down until bermuda is actively growing, up to two applications a year.

Is there anything I can put down now to knock out some of the winter broadleafs and grasses?

Gonna spray as soon as I find a 48 hour window with no rain. Maybe sometime in the next month

too lazy to read all 6 pages but is there a way to kill bahaya without nuking my whole yard? I'm out in the country and a lot of the top soil I had brought in had bahaya seed in it.... started out real spotty but over time has gotten thicker each year until it is now probably 50-60% of my front yard area.

What to do?

What kind of turf?

Possibly MSM or I think Celsius may work too?

the base turf is for lack of a better term South Arkansas Gumbo Clay. I had 3 loads of topsoil that was under a chicken house brought in which helped the composition but also brought in the bahaya. I'll try one of those. I think I had heard Celsius before as a suggestion.

I just burn my yard about this time every year and it kills all that stuff y'all worried about and my St. Aug and Zoysia comes back so dark green it loves ash from a good burn. Cant beat it

I've thought about trying to burn and then overseed.... didn't know how bahaya would respond to that....

i did this on a small city yard. few applications of roundup, scalped it down and overseeded with centipede. took about 3 months, but ended up with nice centipede lawn
