How come if an animal kills a human, the animal must be killed. Yet if a human kills a human, we do not do the same?

Really sad news. This place was actually about 15 minutes from the house I grew up in and I remember going to this little place in the middle of nowhere and seeing Lions and Tigers in a less crowded area than the zoos around here.

Damn. I can’t imagine how family members live with such pointless deaths like this. If my sister died because she was attacked by an escaped lion at the zoo, my mind would be consumed by this constantly.
