They have good healthcare but it does seem stupid. Hospital seems obvious not small clinics.

There are idiots.
There are complete idiots.
And then there's whatever you want to call the level of stupidity of the people that were elected.

There has been no word of my wifes clinic closing at this time within the LCMC system......she
is assuming they will close early but nothing has been said yet

I hoping this thing just moves a little bit further East

Evidently this year has turned people into morons.. The powers that be at this fine establishment I work for didn't call a code gray, outside disaster, now they're asking the night crew to come in smack in the middle of the storm...

and the told me I could stay since I work tomorrow, frick that...

Flight or surface level?

If sustained on the surface this will be a spicy meatball

Sounds like that will make good evidence if someone sues them. Not fear-mongering as much as just can't believe how dumb that was of him.

Sorry it’s flight level. Disregard that.

Translates to 92ish mph on the surface

She does elective procedures. Sorry my guy mind if we reschedule that when a hurricane isn’t hitting? Doesn’t seem unreasonable.

My accuweather app is saying 30+ mph winds gusting to 51 just south of Birmingham, that can't be right?

Wind graphs from the National Weather Service. NSW Link

On the homepage, enter your zip code. When you get to the forecast page for your area, select Hourly Weather Forecast under More Information. That will take you to the graphs. You can filter out which ones you don't want to see with the checkmarks, and hitting submit.

Well shite, I've got a dead oak tree that if it falls a certain way will hit the house. Might need to make time to break out the chainsaw today.

Is is now safe to say that we should be fairly safe in the Prairieville area? All indications seem to keep most of the heavy stuff to the east.
