I filled it out and it stopped the multiple times a week mail coming. It isn't like this is some new progressive tactic to track people, this was included in the constitution. The founders knew we should be counted and REPRESENTED, if you are not counted, you are not represented. Besides, who wants government thugs coming to their house when it can be prevented.

That required by law statement is stupid. Nothing like starting off a request with a threat.
The census determines the number of Representatives are necessary for an area. It has been used for this since the 1800s.

Not any time soon, at least. The bulk of the door knocking got put on hold for COVID-19. But they will eventually come to your house if you don't fill one out. "They" being a census taker. I don't know who eventually shows up if you refuse to answer any questions or sic your Pit Bull on the poor sap trying to get your guy arse on record.
It took about 6 or minutes to fill it out online. It's not that big of a deal and it's actually to your state's benefit for you and your household members to be counted. I don't know why anyone wouldn't take the ten minutes to fill out the questionnaire.

Can anyone explain why they want to know if my children living with me are my biological children or adopted children? None of their damn business. If they are adopted, it's not like they're foster children and using taxpayer resources They are my full legal responsibility financially just as if they were my biological children. So why ask that other than they just want to know every stinking detail about everyone so they can create a statistic and demographic.
