I just looked at the info plate on the old fridge that we have in our garage and it was manufactured in January of 1997.

I didn’t figure it would take long for the Magic Wand to get mentioned.

I have a 4 ton Rheem AC compressor installed in 1992 that is still kicking. However I have already bought a replacement for when the day comes as it's lil sister, a 3.5 ton unit, went out 2 years ago.

The refrigerator that's on the porch at my farm was the first one I bought when I got my first house in 1995. It has been with me throug 5 moves, three kids, a divorce, and now holds drinks for the hunting camp. The door is streaked with orange rust but it has never needed maintenance. 30 fricking years.

I have no idea what brand it is

Up until about 6 or 7 months ago I had a Massey Ferguson Freezer. Made June of 1952. Couldn't find parts to fix it, so I get rid of it.

I have an Amana microwave (old school, hand dial only) that we purchased at Sears for my grandmother’s birthday in the late 70’s. She passed in 2000, but it’s still running strong.

I have it outside in the garage and occasionally use it when I’m hanging in the backyard. Works as good as it did over 40 years ago.

I have the same microwave I took to college 20 years ago. I wouldn't mind it being in the kitchen but the wife says it's ugly and doesn't match. It's in my basement by my little bar I built down there and works just fine. As a matter of fact, I've bought 2 new microwaves for the kitchen in the past 10 years because the first one stopped working after 3 years.

Not an appliance; but, I’ve got some old Griswold cast iron pans dating back to the 1920’s which still get regular use in my home.

Matching set of 1994 Maytag Clothes washer and electric dryer still going strong today.

1994 Washer: Replaced both drive belts in 2020. No other service.
1994 Electric dryer: replaced plastic blower wheel and drum belt in 2010. No other service.

I'm going to use these for as long as I can buy parts for them.
