Wait until someone comes into your home and see what they would offer on your house. Always good to see your value and if you get an offer you don't have to cut in a real estate agent

You live on a corner lot, real estate agent puts open house sign on corner without asking
Real estate agent selling a house down the side street puts an open house sign on the edge corner of your lot without asking you.
WWTOTD?

An open house for my neighbor? That would never be a problem for me.
Exactly. Jesus, get a fricking grip here. Is this really that big a "bother" such that you are pouring over the ramifications?

Call the agent and tell her you'd be willing to rent a spot on the corner of your lot for them to place their sign for a nominal fee.
I like it.

Pros:
Your neighbor sells their house.
A family finds their new home.
If sold quickly, at asking price, it likely increases your property value.
The realtors get their commissions.
Related businesses in the area benefit from the transaction.
Cons:
There's a tiny sign on the corner.
And... it's likely not your property.

Shoot them when they come back to collect it.

I'd leave the sign even if wrongly placed on my property. If more eyes know about the sale and that drives up bidding then my own home value will increase as well.

If it bothers you, pull it up and move it to someone else's yards.
It's not a big deal. Be neighborly.

That's what I was getting at. He probably just thinks that he owns the property.
Well there are a lot of dumbasses here so that's always an issue....
Perhaps using some of the suggestions ie...write PIIHB on it will actually make people want to buy in this particular trailer park thus increasing everyone's property value including the OP.
I would add latticework around the wheels also for increased value.

Easy. Smear poop on it like a democrat

It is considered garbage if it is on the parish side and you can pull it up. If it is on your property chunk it in the garbage.

Is it your property or the servitude?
To be clear, this isnt the end of the world either way. Just throwing it out there for discussion.
