You have the opportunity to go forwards or backwards in time, but you must stay there

Do you take it? Any number of years in either direction but you can’t come back.
Going to the past means you could live like a king with knowledge of lottery, stocks. But goung to the future means you could live in a time when life expectancy is much longer due to cured diseases, possible space travel, etc. Both could have drawbacks too.
You can’t take anything with you except the clothes you are wearing.

The past. I can go back to 2015 where the life expectancy differences are negligible, but I can still win that half billion dollar Poweball from a few years ago.
