Tell your friend out of the blue, without any emotion ask her "Who is Joe?". Watch her face, you'll know what's up. If she denies knowing a Joe, she's done. If she admits it, ask some questions based on the text thread to see if she's going to lie. When she asks why you're asking her this, tell her she said his name a couple times in her sleep.

Since you are sad and she needs punishment, these 2 can collude. Wait until she has just paid her CC bill, then explode her Amazon account. Order everything that you think you might want, now and in the future.
Once you put her out your parting gifts will begin arriving. They will provide you a modicum of happiness while you search for the new GF.
Maybe you could even order something nice for Joe since he helped cut this evil woman out of your life.
