Downtown and midtown Houston. It's like people wait until oncoming traffic has the green when they clearly had time to cross before then or just wait another minute or so for the next light cycle.

I have to travel down that little boulevard of wealth and prosperity every day for work.
A personal story, not on Florida but on Perkins, i was driving home, and some kid with a basketball was casually walking across the street. He threw his basketball towards my truck and just kept walking slowly. Lucky for the little shite that i kept going or he would have made a mess of my truck. These aren't smart individuals you are dealing with.
