The windows are 10 years old so the frames are fricked probably which is why the windows are all that frosted white/milky look and I cant see out of them anymore.

Window replacement prices

Got damn, I'm in the wrong business.

I need to have 8 windows replaced on my condo and it's gonna be like ~$4,000 using Window World here in BR.

Does anyone have any cheaper solutions?

I'm a huge fan of them.

I cannot wait until in the future, 30-40 years from now, that you will be able to rate or "flag" bad drivers. Then the systems and insurance companies will know who the real bad drivers are.

For example, that dumb bitch Karen who is always camping in the left lane and never moves over to let others pass? Bitch is getting her insurance rate jacked up sky high and should have her license at risk of being pulled if too many violations stack up.

Autonomous and self-driving cars will basically be a huge computer that keeps track of all your history and driving records and merge even more with your cell phones and personal life data.

In the future, for your next computer, use BackBlaze. It's like $6/m and auto backs up your computer every day to the cloud.

In the case of a HDD failure or reboot loop, who cares! You just redownload all your shite or they will mail you a CD or thumb drive of your backup overnight.

Which ones are you investing in and what kinda predictions are ya thinking?

I've been heavily investing in :

- O
- NHI
- MPW
- STOR
- AVB

Hard not to with such nice dividends and in some of them are nearly half the price they were pre-COVID.

I plan on holding them all for at least 24 months and then dumping once the market goes back up as well as using them to do some cash covered calls once I'm ready to sell.

Gunna use them to buy me a nice M5.

Rucked 2.5 hours on this last Saturday with 50 lbs in my backpack. My calves and shoulders are killing me still. Might cut it down to 1 hour this upcoming Saturday instead and go easier on myself and body.

Bought some new black baggy pants ( LINK ) for my home gym workouts and loving them so far. Really comfy and won't rip (at least not yet).

Started a new pre-workout formula this morning and not really sure I'm loving it. My poops tho, lol. So creamy brown.

It looks like casinos in Louisiana CAN accept it but it's not mandated yet so they won't because they want to scan your DL so they can harvest/log all the data from it to profile you and market to you.
