I am so thankful the parts of my family that hate each other have stopped pretending. Now we just do small thanksgiving with people that all appreciate each other. May mom’s sweet potatoes never go away

Remember these days well. Our guy is 11, and loved Paw Patrol when he was younger. Had Paw Patrol everything. Slept under a pp bedspread and blanket for years. He finally ditched the bedspread and upgraded to star wars something, but in the winter sometimes still uses the blanket for extra warmth. He'd die of embarrassment if his friends found out. Mom and dad really need to get him a new one....

08 earns that hate because he's a legitimate a-hole. He doesn't at all try to hide that fact, so I respect him for it.

My in laws are legit horrible people that I have to search carefully to find a single redeemable quality. The best part of today will be the euphoria I feel when they pull out of the driveway and I can enjoy the rest of the day in peace. They generally leave early because I won’t allow them to fill their horrible evil infested lungs with cigarette smoke in my house.

I'm offshore. I'm sure they've got a spread planned. The flu is going around so some people don't even get out of bed. I got a dry cough and aching body so I've got a nap mat set up in my office for when I start feeling like shite. Overall it's gonna be a good day.

My mom invited her step siblings this year for some fricking reason. They are all dope head losers that can’t keep a job. Last time I spoke to the youngest brother I told him to go frick himself and stop asking my mom for money. My BIL has never met them but I know he’s going to hate them because he can’t stand lazy assholes.

After that I get to go to my in-laws and be depressed and pissed at the same time. FIL has dementia and really doesn’t know who me and my wife are anymore. My wife’s piece of shite cousin (who stole money from them in the past) and her two morbidly obese sons live with them. I normally refuse to be in the same house as her but my wife guilted me into it because of her dad. That bitch had creditors calling my house before because she put us down as a reference without our permission at one of those trashy rent to own places and stopped paying her bill. I really fricking hate this person.
