If you rented it for
$50 a day - $18,250
$75 - $27,325
$100 - $36,500

$50 is probably the high end, and no way you rent $365 days a year.

This is a poon pad for a side chick

I was looking at one a while back, Some of the requirements are that it cannot be subleased.

I still want one though.

That's like something Michael Scott would buy.

You could make $30-40,000 a year with that space.
On Airbnb

I tend to agree. Check out what is directly across the street...

I'm a RE investor by trade.

Depending on restrictions, this is not a bad deal at all.

I wouldnt be surprised if its not already pending.

There are hundreds of units available in the quarter that have been sitting for months

It’s a buyer’s market down there

I’d be curious if it pays for itself over time vis AirBNB. That is the only way I’d buy that

The only way I would buy it is if it came with free meals at Brennan's for as long as I owned it.

I predict its gone by the end of the weekend.

I could easily see a small, well off firm or company buying this to share.

Good lord. NOLA is just like Silicon Valley, except with more homicides instead of good weather and high-paying jobs.
