WWYD- My situation early at gym

I was at the gym earlier(nb4 humble brag), and was using a leg press machine. I made chili last night and let’s just say I released a Hiroshima type bomb during my set.
I swear the smell was so bad I thought I was going to pass out. They might have to change the seat.
As soon as I’m done with the set, I grab my phone and then out of nowhere a female trainer came over with her female client and asked if they could work in.
I was frozen in horror and just said “sure”. I had 2 more sets to go but just grabbed my towel and water bottle and left that side of the gym.
WWYD if you had been asked that in my situation? Can I go back to that gym?

Proceed as if nothing happened, farting at the gym happens frequently but you should have checked your drawers immediately after cleaning up the equipment.
