Which one? And, so what? Is she entitled to aggravate everyone around her for the remainder of her childhood?

Not at all. She was tired of whatever was edited out and the parents' lack of action. Sorry their princess was made to understand the world doesn't revolve around her.

Oh, you're one of those people who is unable to separate single instances from a partys political stances. Form your own opinions... Don't let politics form them for you.

But humor me why don't you. What are my leanings and how does my opinion on this echo them?

He is either seriously dense or just likes arguing, but at the very least he is completely ignoring the fact that EVEN IF the woman had a legit gripe she should have taken it up with the parents and not a child

if you actually bothered to read my posts in this thread, you would have seen that I never said the woman shouldn't have taken it up with the parent first. I said it's not bullying or emotional abuse as others are claiming.

No, I don't like arguing; but when dealing with a few simple minded individuals, things might need repeating.

I'm betting you don't even know what the frick it is.

Basically this eight year old girl has the emotional stability of a toddler, and will ALWAYS have the emotional stability of a toddler.

I'd like to think I wouldn't have acted an arse in front of my child, but you never know.

Even if your parents were right there next to you? I get if a parent is standing by and doing nothing, maybe saying something TO THEM. I do not really see any typical situation in which a child should be corrected by a stranger if a parent is present. At that point, the parent is remiss. Take it up with THEM. Expect them to do THEIR job. Now.. if a kid is acting an arse and no parent around? Absolutely. Tell the kid to straighten up.

again, i never said the lady shouldn't have addressed the parents first. i said she wasn't bullying the child.

That woman of course has business being at a baseball game. Even if it's annoying people have to recognize the situation.

Woman definitely fits the "let me speak to your manager" description m

Wouldn't the person who wants to fight the stranger for daring to speak to their "special needs", innocent, little perfect darling be the one much more likely to be the "beta, cuck, snowflake" Hillary supporter?

Not even a little bit. They are pack animals. Small stature and too weak to fight for themselves. There is a study that concludes this actually...

to be clear I dont believe in going to press and whining about it. I just believe the women is wrong for addressing the kid IF SHE HAD NOT FIRST ADDRESSED PARENTS

He's actually correct that ita a new diagnosis. That's likely because doctors couldn't get paid to treat oppositional defiant disorder so a new medicalized diagnosis was created to label those patients. You can only over diagnose childhood bipolar disorder so much.
quote:

DMDD symptoms typically begin before the age of 10, but the diagnosis is not given to children under 6 or adolescents over 18. A child with DMDD experiences:

Irritable or angry mood most of the day, nearly every day
Severe temper outbursts (verbal or behavioral) at an average of three or more times per week that are out of keeping with the situation and the child’s developmental level
Trouble functioning due to irritability in more than one place (e.g., home, school, with peers)

Yall sound trashy as hell. When I'm out enjoying dinner, I don't want to hear your kid shrieking either. And you can bet "a few times" was much longer b/c I've learned that shitty parents are immune to their annoying children.

Your comment tells me you should be careful calling others "trashy", my friend. Obviously, you read nothing I said. We make it a point to not go out much right now because of this (it has gotten much better in the last two months as he has learned ASL and has picked up a good number of words now) and when we do, we intentionally seat ourselves away from others as much as possible. And when he does his thing, we work to redirect to more suitable behavior/communication immediately. It doesn't always stop it instantly, but I am keenly aware of the fact that it can be annoying.

To be fair, I understand the assumption you're making. I've seen it in action; and it has a lot to do with why we try to be much more proactive about it.

According to the NIH, "comprehend" is incorrect. It's control that is supposed to be the issue.
