He was carrying but is a dumbass for being in that situation to begin with. Be aware of your surroundings and avoid putting yourself in sketchy situations (FQ late at night) and you’re probably Ok

You can't understand how a single person could be disarmed by 5-10 people beating him up?
Stupid situation, and that cop is lucky to get out of that alive and mostly unscathed. Not to victim blame but Jesus, man...being out at that time in that area is just stupid. And then to just casually be on your phone and completely lack situational awareness is even worse.

He was concealed carrying they took his gun. It was mentioned in first 30 seconds of video.
