Football is not scripted.
People used to say the same about wrestling. It is so sweet that you are still so gullible, though.
Anyone with a brain could have predicted the NFL script in December and known what would happen at the end of the year. Drama for big market teams, drama with big time players, always let a smaller market team make a run and always have a dynasty team. It’s the same stuff over and over.

The late 80's WWF says hold my beer

That Warrior vs Hogan match was actually in 1990 - I know because I was there

Ahhh...early 90....same thing

To this day, still my favorite match of all-time. I hated Hogan with a passion, and when he kicked out of Warrior’s big splash I was livid, ranting in my seat. Then, when Warrior rolled out of the way of the legdrop, and hit another splash for the 3-count, I was ecstatic, jumping for joy. I was 15 at the time.

There's a good chance a women's "match" will main event WM. Absolutely pathetic
Why does that bother you? Arguably the women had the best matches of the past two WrestleManias. And Becky is the top merch seller right now so clearly you're in the minority thinking it's pathetic.

Its an indictment on things right now.
Seth Rollins is the closest thing to a decent 90's guy if they would let him talk free.
No one has charisma from top to bottom.
Becky is over because they have managed to somehow convince the Incel's shes the female Stone Cold Steve Austin.
Mankind has more charisma than anyone on the roster atm.

That's not really a fair comparison considering it was his charisma that finally allowed him to win the title and help turn the tide of the war.

And it still came third to Rock and Austin.
With HHH being the greatest Heel ever.
I am genuinely shocked the WWE hasn't tried to reinvent a newbie in the mold of a HHH.

Agreed 100%. I dunno why Vince hates factions when factions have always driven the most revenue and produced the biggest stars, like HHH.
The Rock, Batista, and Orton are just a few others who were put over by being in a group.
Also, the women are benefiting more by having the biggest crossover star on the roster, the GOAT women's wrestler who happens to be the daughter of the GOAT, and Becky is the only star in WWE who is getting over herself.

Attitude era was amazing. Add in ECW was still going and you had some amazing shite going on. The technical aspect is better today as are the athletes. The writing isn't near what it was.
ECW from around 1994 to 1999 or so was the absolute pinnacle of wrestling. You can not underestimate the influence they had on both the WCW and the WWE back then. I would watch their syndicated one hour show at midnight Sunday night on either Sunshine Network, MSG Network or Prime Network (before Fox bought them out and turned them into Fox Regional Sports networks) every week. I would bet every show I thought to myself "well there's something I've never seen in professional wrestling before" at least five times.

20 years ago almost wasn’t the 90s

I still enjoy wrestling today, but wish they would move back to PG13. Wont happen though with the FOX deal.
