Go ahead and continue to post away, write to the governor, do an interview. I don’t care.

So if you have read this far...and you considered yourself a “friend” of mine and decided you are bigger than this, and actually got into your car and drove to Lansing today to protest. Please delete me. Immediately. Completely wipe me from your life. I may not be able to chose my patients, but I sure as hell can chose my friends.

Sounds like
You care a lot.

I'm working full time and doing great and I still don't give a shite about her stress. I'm tired of seeing people like her overreacting.

I love these posts from people who are still working/earning telling those who aren't, through no fault of their own, how inconsiderate they are for fighting for their livelihood.

So, if this warrior is on the front line, shouldn't the rest of us be able to bask in our freedoms? I mean, if we are going to keep on making the war analogies.

@ the posters who can’t figure out that your title isn’t serious

If this isn’t a classic nurse post... they love the ridiculous attention they’re receiving

Interesting that she failed to comment on the climate of the hospital, capacity, or ventilator usage

It’s the fault of whoever had this lunatic friended in the first place I’d they were forced to read that garbage.

It’s your fault that my eyeballs were exposed to it.

I am an ER doc. Tik tok is an important tool in my part of the healthcare world. It offers my staff a bit of solace from the trench warfare they are waging against this apathetic, unstoppable biological enemy.

I posted this on the Poli Board, but it seems appropriate here:

quote:

At least 30 food and grocery workers have died from the novel coronavirus, while almost 3,000 are showing signs of suffering from it, according to a recent union announcement.

quote:

The number of American health-care workers with covid-19 has spiraled upward ever since. About 9,000 have had positive coronavirus tests as of April 9, according to a separate CDC analysis released Tuesday that provides an early snapshot of infections in health-care workers across the country. They are mostly white, female and in their 40s, the report found. Although most were not sick enough to be hospitalized, 27 died, the CDC said.

So just as many, if not more, front line heroes at the grocery store have died in this battle. Fortunately, we don't have to listen to any of these shitty FB posts from the grocery store clerks.

You chose that career field, deal with it.
Better to be seen and not heard.
