Offer them a glass of water or a beer. At least that’s what I did when our mattress got delivered

Did they put it where you wanted it? I mean, they could just bring it in the house and consider it 'delivered'.

Are they assembling it?

I'd say "man I paid $129 for delivery. Do yall get any of that?"
Then I'd be like "times are tough. We spent all our money on this couch..."

No. That’s a steep charge for a couch delivery. I recently moved to Cincinnati and I tipped the movers but that’s different. Those guys were sweating like politicians on election day. I felt sorry for them.

No, but I d offer to help unload and bring in the couch

Consider that it’s very likely they are getting $20 each from that delivery fee. Company keeps most of that.

I wouldnt pay a 129 dollar delivery fee in the first place

How big is the couch and how hard is it to move it into your house?
If it's some big heavy arse sectional that's in awkward to carry pieces and hard to get in doors or down a hall and they dont hit the walls and put it together, then your kind of an a-hole to not give them at least $10 and a cold drink each.
If it's some loveseat or something not too heavy and it's an easy straight shot to where you want it then I probably wouldn't.
But either way, if you don't like the $129 delivery fee then buy from a closer furniture store next time.

I'd have never thought of tipping furniture delivery

I didn't recently because I paid $100 for having it delivered.

Sure i would , i have no doubt those guys just get a portion of that charge, had a sleep number delivered a few weeks ago with an adjustable base, so it took a bit of assembly, the guys were polite, careful even noticed a flaw in the base that i never would have seen and it was replaced, i have no problem rewarding good service.
