Her cheating would normally be grounds to deny her alimony, but "seduction"

Got caught having sex with his wife's brother's wife. He got kicked out and was claiming to be suicidal, so another friend (who may be the best person in the world) let him stay at his house and banged that guy's wife (she was unstable). Once everybody got to talking, he had tried to hook up with a bunch of our wives but they didn't realize it at the time because it was subtle. He had also had aome affairs at work with people none of our group knew.

I think he wants her dead and the OP blamed for the rape/murder. The OP's DNA and fingerprints will be all over the scene - he'll probably use one of the OP's belts to strangle her. That way, no alimony, no community property settlement and he's single and free while the OP languishes in prison.

Best friend comes up with a plan that will allow him to bust his wife, and get off allimony free, while OP's wife gets to catch him also and start collecting allimony.
Best friend and, now ex wife, of OP can now be lovers. They have additional pay coming in from OP's allimony, and best friend gets a clean break from his "cheating" wife.
