I work 5 10's right now so I'd really welcome 4 10's

I’ve worked 5-10s for a long time but the 10s usually run 12 hrs . Then I usually work 5 days a week . This gives me 36 hrs or more of OT per pay period because call days

Looks like 4-10s is the easy answer. I basically work 5-9s as it is.

I used to want 4-10s but the way my schedule works now with a toddler and early bedtime, 5-8s works best.

Easily 4 10s. If I didn't have a 45min drive to work I would already be on it

If I were offered the opportunity to work 4-10s, I would accept before my supervisor could even finish his sentence.

Same. My son goes to bed around 7pm so I wouldn't even see him those 4 days.
