I have the option, but I usually like to do 4-9 and a 4. And on Friday get there at 6:30. You can get shite done since not a lot of people are there are you are done by 10:30.

If it would be up to me. Salaried, 40 hrs is 40 hrs. The sooner I get there the better,

My last job was 4 9s and a 4. Golf every Friday afternoon was fantastic. I'd trade that for 4 10s in a heartbeat.

There are a few people who do this from time to time.. Actually, there might be one or two people who work this every week. Those 3 days would be long, but when you think about it.. By 11AM Thursday your weekend starts.

I work four 9’s and a 4 now.. Would rather four 10’s and hav all of Friday off though..

4 10s, cut 20% commuting time and one more lunch at home.
At my old job this was discussed and I opted not to go to 4 10s, but I was assistant coaching baseball and would struggle to make games.

Wait, I don't think I did this right.

As a nurse, I currently work three 12's T-W-Th.
I always wanted to work two 16's & get paid for 40 hours and be off 5 days every week, however the catch is that it's the "Weekend Special" and I just don't wanna give up every Sat (CFB) & Sun (NFL).

That's a good deal. Working salary at a small business means (4) 9s and an 8 for me, but nobody else in the biz in in the office after 12:00 on Friday.

I work 4ish-10s. I actually probably work more like 3-13s during hunting season. Being in the consulting business is pretty great.

Why can’t we just kill the idea of an 8 hour workday entirely and start from scratch?
Posted on 1/28/20 at 3:30 pm to TechDawg2007
I'd probably work 3 15s over 5 8s for the same money even though I'd be working 5 hours more every week.

Currently work 4-10s
Could not go back to 5-8’s

Worked 4-10’s and it was great. Now I work 5-8’s cause I have to pick my son up from school. But he starts driving, at the end of February, and it’s back to 4-10’s! You’re already at work, what’s another 2 hrs a day?
Posted on 1/28/20 at 4:59 pm to TechDawg2007
I work pretty much 7 days a week. Have to when you own the company
Posted on 1/28/20 at 5:50 pm to TechDawg2007
I am retired now, but looking back at my 43 yr career, I’d go for the 4 - 10 hr days per week.
