Phone. Locked and backs up every night.

Replacing my drivers license and physical credit cards, thus changing all the numbers on autopay stuff, would suck.

Wallet.

Phone has LA Wallet with a digital ID, Apple Pay, immediate access to ordering new cards, etc.

I’d rather lose my phone and it is not even close. Screen looks after a couple of minutes and you have to use passkeys to unlock everything important on it.

I intentionally don't keep sensitive information in my phone. So I'd much rather lose it

Wallet. My phone can function as a wallet. My wallet cannot function as a phone.

I’d rather lose my phone. I have AppleCare I can have a new phone in no time, plus there are multiple security measures in place on my phone. Wallet has cash and cards that you have to cancel and get again been there done that and it’s a PITA

No one can get into my phone, I can remote wipe it to protect my data and all of it's backed up to the cloud so I don't lose anything.

If I lose my wallet I'm definitely going to have a trip to the DMV. I think that's enough said.

Just say you're broke like another post said.

Phone can be replaced overnight with same content like it was never lost. Even if you don't carry a wallet daily, it would still be more of a pain to replace the contents in it, than a phone.

Phone. I can remotely wipe that and the pictures are backed up. My wallet was a gift from my grandmother 40 years ago. Part of me would die if I lost that.
