Super-max but you will slowly go insane due to lack of contact. However, that said, most that end up there deserve that and more.

I'd be a kept man in regular prison.

Regular prison. You can stick to yourself and still have things to occupy your mind. Prison is a lot like the old adage, “Don’t start shite won’t be shite”. As long as you’re not confrontational or a pedofile, you’d be fine.

Supermax would definitely put you in the looney bin after a while and you’d become more institutionalized.

Not just soundproofed, but no windows, either. And most cells don't even have the food slot these days.
