The 3 different sizes of doors is completely bizarre
Actually pretty functional. One for a car/truck, one for a nice size boat and the larger one for your RV.

Murder house near me sold for 1.2 million, the murder was in the 70s and has sat vacant since but still a murder house

When I was 15 my Dad tasked me with cleaning up the brain matter of his tenant Wesley, which I did, and then he rented it right back out.

Any issues beyond public interest (if the murder was high profile) would be all in your head.

My adult brother committed suicide at home. It was far less gruesome than this, but was disclosed (required) when the house was put on the market and probably resulted in about a 10% hit on the sale $$.
Damn that's tough. Sorry to hear it. Aren't realtors required to disclose that upon contract time?

As long as everything is patched up, painted over, carpets replaced, why not? It's a fine looking property.

enjoy the conversations with your neighbors when you're out walking for the next 20 years.
34 rounds..so she had to reload at least 2 or 3x. even satan is probably like "DAMN WOMAN".

Meh, that's their history, not mine. I don't care what happened in my wife's vagina before we met, I wouldn't care what happened to my house before I bought it. (Assuming in both cases there is no evidence of previous damage. Current damage from previous events voids the transaction - in both cases)

imma go out on a limb and say your kids are gonna find a bullet hole or dried blood stain somewhere sooner rather than later. in fact, you're going to second-guess every 'mystery stain' you find in your house for the next 20 years. its not like anyone is providing a guided tour of where all the murders took place in the house. you just get to use your imagination.
also guessing your kids wont have many classmates over for pool parties or sleepovers.
but hey, tennis.

I clicked on the Zillow link expecting to see wainscoting on every wall… it was only in the dining room. Which is where wainscoting belongs. You’re dramatic. The house is beautiful. I would LOVE to see your 2m modern house sans wainscoting.
Yeah
I’m wondering if this guy doesn’t know what wainscoting is?….
Although that pool is way out of place. Strange location on the property too. It’s horrible

This piccie was taken before the renovation (and while our beloved Sir Winston was still with us)

Lofty "Doubt" gif, mate - a film that, for my money, has the best ensemble acting between PSH and MS that our generation has ever seen (with apologies to Sir Daniel Day Lewis for a myriad of his late works which were equally outstanding, but alas not met with a costar shining as brightly as you see in "Doubt"). Highly recommended to anyone who has not yet seen this masterpiece.

Thanks! Yes, it was required as part of the seller's disclosure.
