I think the trainer is a jiu jitsu guy. He might dabble in boxing but I think jits is his sport. If he was her trainer and he was coaching her in jits, that martial art gets real intimate real quick. I am a BJJ instructor and it can be extremely awkward personally rolling with a woman sometimes to the point I just don’t want to do it.

To the OP’s question, no, not really. I am friends with several guy trainers and not one of them hasn’t slept with a client.

I think people in this thread don't understand the story here. It's truly a "tale as old as time". I love watching it unfold as a spectator, it's hilarious, pathetic, and sad.

Gyms are breeding grounds for infidelity.

That is the key word here. Not everyone is a cheater. So there are many clients they have not slept with.

Most male trainers bang most of their married/taken women clients tho, it's not a good idea for a woman to be stretched out/touched by a muscular dude for an hour plus

After you divorced him, did you get a male trainer?

A girl I know who is smoking hot had an affair with her trainer behind her rich husband's back.

Ever since then my friends and I have had the joke that we would never let our wives have a male trainer.

The law firm my wife works for recently handled a divorce case where the wife left the husband for her martial arts trainer. Of course my wife couldn’t share any details, so there isn’t much I know other than the husband started getting suspicious, so he sat up cameras and apparently caught Jiu-Jitsu Jody coming over to pay a visit to his wife while he was at work. He confronted her, she told him they’re “in love” and she’s moving in with him. Not sure their age but I do know they have two kids still in school and one not old enough for school yet.

If it happened to Elvis Presley it can happen to anyone.

Is there anywhere that you consider safe for your wife to go?

You must have some serious PTSD from something happening to you.

Your focus on me is fun, maybe you should try reading though. I've watched it unfold over the last 20 years at the gym. It's not just anecdotal.

My friend, who happens to be female, had an affair with her CrossFit trainer. Dude got so wooped he would come by the house drunk and wake up everyone. Ultimately she had to get a restraining order and they moved three states away. It was a disaster.

Then divorced her husband a few years later. Took him for half million in assets and $12k per month in alimony.

Women are pure evil

This is why you trust your wife, but don't be fricking retarded and let her have a male trainer. Just be smart even if you trust her implicitly

i dont think you "let" an adult do anything

i would think that to consider or want to

would be a strange thing to do in a healthy marriage for both husband and wife

just my opinion

My ex husband made me stop training with a male trainer at the gym not long after we were married.

And I'm thinking it's safe to assume that is one of the reasons he's now an ex.

Nothing ruins a relationship as quickly as jealousy and making stupid rules to live by.
