Sounds like legalized racism to me. Twin Peaks is using a loophole in our laws to promote their message of hate. We need to protest, who's ready to show strength and rectify social wrongs?

In this case it seems excessive but it does hold weight under the law to help businesses protect their brand

It's why Hooters doesn't have to allow morbidly obese waitresses or male waiters

Again, this case does seem a little excessive, but Twin Peaks will probably win

Manager probably smashed when she had shirt on, then pulled up shirt and splooged on said stomach. So, even though she showed it during the interview, he didn't pay attention to it.
