Absolutely would date her and make her my wife if I were single. She's hot, but probably doesn't think she is and wasn't always praised by guys growing up like most hot girls, so she isn't big-headed thinking she's hot shite.
The late bloomers and women that quietly turn hot as they got older are the key to happiness, they don't have that "I'm a queen and you should feel lucky to be with me!" attitude and they often feel lucky just to be with a man that treats them well.
