Pre-collision braking
Adaptive cruise control
Lane departure warning
High beam assist
Speed limit detection

How about without remote start?

The wife's, no pics, ride has all that crap and while I thought it was silly at first I've grown accustomed to it and I want all of it now.

Honestly,

prefer not to have most of that. Im a fan of simplicity.

Just give me AC, power windows and automatic tranny.

Scruffy’s new vehicle only has remote start.

None of the others.

Love it.

Yes. And I actually wish manufacturers would make vehicles that don’t come with all the fancy electronics so that maybe I’ll be able to afford a new vehicle before I fricking die.

Adaptive cruise is stupid

Lane departure warning/correction is more dangerous than helpful

Not sure what all that other stuff is.

Remote start is a necessity in Ohio.

And I really like the lights on the side mirrors that detect objects in your blindspot.

None of my vehicles have any of those items you listed. So I guess my answer is “Yes I would buy”

I don't have any of those, since my car is an 80's G-body. Learned to drive without them so I don't miss them.

I dislike or hate most of this stuff.

Auto high beams suck and drive me nuts.

Lane departure is obnoxious when it grabs the wheel from me. Hate that. I don't always want to use my signals late at night on a deserted road, it's dumb.

Adaptive cruise is another thing that bugs the sh** out of me. Mine turns off all the time. WARNING WARNING Turns out it's a mosquito or something.

Dealbreaker if I can't disable:
Pre-collision braking
Lane departure warning

Don't care either way:
High beam assist
Adaptive cruise control

Would prefer to have, but not a dealbreaker:
Speed limit detection
Remote start

I even went years without an AC.
Maybe a radio with an aux port.
I'm easy to please.

I would advise you don’t. Current vehicle has most of what you listed (don’t have speed limit detection). Not only is it aggravating, but lord help you if one sensor malfunctions.
