Wheelchair ramps are only supposed to rise an inch per foot.

nope. not confirmed to ADA slope requirements. nor does it have the required flat landings every so often.

i also do not see gripping/traction pads

slope = rise/run

rise 1"/run 12" = 'rise 1" per foot'

ADA compliance has been a yuge pain in my arse this past year in CA. Maybe this explains some of my disdain for Wheels now thati think of it.
