No. Coddling criminals and rewarding bad behavior is the American way.

Punishing successful people via more taxes is the answer according to Democrats.

You're asking if acting like an Islamic state would be beneficial?

I’m an eye for an eye guy. If you kill someone the same should be done to you WITHOUT the benefit of being able to have a last meal and being able to say goodbye to anyone. You did NOT give that right to the person you killed so you should not have it either.

Absolutely. However, it’s 2020 and we’re not ISIS.

The only answer is banning crimes.

There's one crime that I think would go down using that, and it's these pussy cops that won't go into school shootings. The Broward Cowards should have had their faces on the news every night, talked about what pieces of shits they were, and then after a few months of nationally shaming them have them hung on the town square. If cops knew that's what awaited them if pussed out of their jobs, then they're going in and at least dying a hero.

But other than that, no. Actual criminals don't give a frick about that. Some love going down as a martyr.

In 17th and 18th century England, people were executed for a wide range of crimes, including pickpocketing. Nevertheless, pickpockets worked the crowds at public executions.

For only the most heinous of crimes which were proven beyond any sort of doubt, sure.

Examples:

A woman drowns her kids in a tub because she thinks Jesus told her to? Yes.

Some dude gets caught raping an infant? Absolutely.

Ol Baw walks into a nursing home with his 12-gauge and begins spraying death around? Of course.

Well first you would need to repeal the 8th amendment before any of this could be instituted

Yes, but only if we started with the govt and worked our way down. Once we got through the lawyers, I imagine people wouldn't need them anymore due to the lack of crime.
