Not reading yours but saying mine. Spirit/frontier airlines.

I know, you get what you pay for..but my job has me in different cities almost every night. Sometimes shite happens and you have to get what is available.

I have the actual numbers to both their real headquarters. Not that shite they advertise.

I don't know why, but I really have a hard time understanding people from India (who speak English but has the India accent). Part of it is on me bc, for whatever reason, I have trouble understanding even people with not that strong of an India accent, but anytime I have to call CS and it's someone from India is the worse experience for me.

Trying to refinance my house right now. Applied for the loan with an online company (AimLoan) which was recommended on the money board and other places. Watching the rates/fees like a hawk, the rate/fee structure got to a point I was happy with so I pulled the trigger and completed the app. Their website says you're rate/fees are not locked in until you put down a deposit for the appraisal. Fair. After I complete the app, the website says that someone will contact me that day to lock in, and if I sent in my app after 5 PM (which I didn't, sent in the app before noon)then someone would call me before noon the following day. No where was I given the option to put down the deposit right then to lock in my rate. I had to wait to be contacted.

That was on wednesday. Didn't hear anything from them wednesday. Didn't hear anything from them yesterday and was too busy to call myself. I get automated emails from them daily about rates/fees. fricking fees went up 1100 dollars from the day before when I completed the app. I just tried to call them 3 times and the person assigned to me isn't answering the phone.

Pisses me off, because the rate and fees are still low enough that it makes sense to go through with it, but I'm going to be salty as frick if they pull some shite like "oh well you didn't lock in your rate" when they basically didn't give me the option to do so.

It took me over a year after cancelling my AT&T U-verse cable service to get them stop trying to bill me

My mom died a couple of years ago and I was executor of her estate. I still get random bills from AT&T in her name. I've notified them 3 or 4 times she's deceased and the estate has been closed and they're not getting a dime from me, but the bills still show up. I think it may be because I never sent their equipment(DirecTV) back to them. Sorry, it got thrown in a box when we were cleaning her house out and I have no idea where it is now.

Walked into my local lowes...returned an item....then shopped for a new item...bought that item and paid for it. The only thing that was ever said to me was the amount i owed for the new item.

Call back and ask to speak with Willie Robinson in customer service. He can get you straightened out.

I recently changed my whole family to Verizon from ATT.
Apparently some of the phones didn't port correctly, for they cannot receive phone calls. Otherwise they work.
I've tried numerous times to reach the useless contact center at Verizon, no help.
Still been down over a week and they offered a $10 credit.
LoL
Still no resolution at press time

Receiving and pickup for roll off boxes from these people is pure hell.

In April they stopped recycling service and sent a letter saying they’d pick up the recycling container for free. I took them up on that and scheduled a pickup.

They never showed up. I called and rescheduled it.

They never showed up.

I rescheduled it again and they picked it up. On the wrong day.

Then I got billed for the $50 pick up fee. I called and reminded them they promised to waive that fee.

I get another bill for it in the mail about three weeks later. With a late fee.

I called and bitched. They apologized and said they would waive it and the late fee.

They waived only the late fee.

Called again and bitched. They transferred me three times. All three times I had to tell the story again. Finally spoke to fricking Matthew. Matthew promised to waive it.

I cancelled and switched to another company.

Two weeks later I get another bill for the $50 pick up fee and the late fee again. I called and lost my shite. Told them my lawyer would need the name of the a-hole I’m suing for harassment. I was transferred. Manager picks up, promises to remove the fee and late fee.

A week later I get a bill in the mail for my next quarter service but with the late fee removed. I just ignored it since I already cancelled.

The people running that show there are the most incompetent assholes you can imagine.

We use them for work. 90% of the time our account manager never answers the phone. I've never had them deliver or pick up a box within 4 hours of the scheduled time. Sometimes they won't even make it on the same day as scheduled.
