Worse Customer service experience?

I have internet through a small wireless company due to me living in a rural area.
Recently my internet went down. I visited their website and went to the support page and it said that they had an outage due to AT&T changing something on their towers and to fill out a support ticket and they would get. ack to me. It asked for me to be patient with them cause they had alot of people down.
So I was, waited a day or too, no response. Went and filled out another ticket. Still no response. Called them and their phone message was basically saying dont call and harass them while they are busy trying to get everyone back online and to visit their webpage for instructions.. so I go back to their support page and it says the same thing. Call again a few days later... same message asking me to be patient with them and go to the website. Go back to the website and everything on the support page about it is gone.
FINALLY... go to their annoucments page and it gives instructions on how to mail my modem back in to be reconfigured. When I finally get my modem back and its internet is back up it's been 19 days.
Fast forward and I get my bill and it's for the full month. I call and they say they well credit me in the future. Get my bill the next month, still the full bill. Call again and they say to check my account for a credit. It's for 10 dollars. I pay 70 a month and was down for 19 days, so should have been closer to 50.
I call back and they say I'll have to fill out a ticket.
So I do that and get a response saying they'll only reimburse me for the amount of time it took to repair the modem.
I respond saying that's BS cause I followed all their website instructions etc. and am only asking to be reimburressed for a service I paid for and never recieved.
They then respond calling me rude, childish, nasty, and that they would look in to it further if I check my attitude....

Pluckers is pretty fricking bad, but I don't care because their wings make me cream.

Still better CS treatment than having AT&T Internet in my experience.

It took me over a year after cancelling my AT&T U-verse cable service to get them stop trying to bill me. After having my card deleted from their files, I would still receive paper bills and threats of being turned over to collections. They sent me a thousand dollar bill at one point. I didn't even live in the same state

I moved states. Instead of transferring my phone and DSL, AT&T Internet set up one at the new address and never ceased the old one, meaning I racked up hundreds of dollars in services I never used.

They should look to the North Koreans to step up their name-calling game.

I waited 30 minutes in line at a Chick-til-a today

I had completely ended my cable and even returned the boxes once I moved from Houston to LA
I would spend over an hour on the phone every single month, be promised it was taken care, and I would not receive any more bills. It was so fricking frustrating to deal with for 13-14 months. I felt like I was on a prank TV show

My wife had a terrible experience with Apple dealing with a known issue with their iPhone 7. Took her over a year to get it fixed. Would randomly drop service due to a hardware issue they knew about. Their employees were worthless.

Verizon - "All pay, no service."
If you are calling to make a payment, you get the greatest customer service on earth, with plenty of automated options.
If you are calling because your service or phone sucks, you get put on hold for eternity.
