AT&T and Direct TV suck.

Switched to Cox yesterday and got faster Internet and a lot more channels for 50 bucks less per month

Close race between DirecTV and any United Flight ever.

DirecTV had upgraded their TV Box software and was no longer compatible with the Modem they gave me for internet. They didn't know that until about 8 months into my issue though.

So initially for about a week I had no TV reception to any of my boxes. After about a week and 6 hours of phone calls/refusals for service as it was a "Known issue", but they refused to replace the boxes I was told if I can just turn off all Video on Demand and internet functionality by disconnecting the box from my home network it would work.

2 years later the issue was never fricking resolved, they sure were not willing to credit for not providing an included service in my package though.

United flights are united. Delays on and off the runways, aircraft issues. Military lets me travel a lot, I have United tiered account due to this and it gets me upgrades. Chilling in a free first class seat just this past weekend and the stewardess spills hot coffee on 2 guys sleeping across the aisle. In first fricking class. Dude was a total champ about it, didn't threaten to do anything about it just dried off and tried to get back to sleep. To make it up, they tell him as we land they are going to give him 7500 miles, equivalent to about 60 dollars.

I ordered a baconattor at Wendy's one time.

Got home all ready to eat that delicious juicy burger loaded with bacon and...

There was NO bacon on the baconattor.

Eh, I have had lots of bad ones like most have mentioned here.

This was the first that called me names, insulted me, and acted like it was my fault for their screw up.

They did finally reimburse me, but never apologized. Only said that they had like 2000 people without service and they guess I got skipped.

What do you expect? Did you get what you needed? I would have no problem with this, but if you were looking for conversation you could have initiated it. I

I always found smaller, local / regional banks pretty awful: Bancorp South, Bank of Mississippi, etc.

They seem to survive off the business of the same sort of geriatric moron who puts reflectors all over the back of his car- they think they're getting some kind of "local touch" that Chase or Bank of America wouldn't offer them.

Having dealt with a lot of banks, I can tell you that "local touch" is about as welcome as an unsolicited back rub from Jerry Sandusky.

Not really customer service but just plain incompetence. Still getting bills from
Seattle Light and power 2 years after I moved out of my apartment and the city. Idiots.

Anyone who's ever owned an Xbox 360 will tell out that Indian woman who seemed to answer all their complaints over the rrod is the worst.

I had 5 360's die and was Never able to get an exchange because I couldn't understand anything she said. Pissed me off too.

Me: hi I have a 360 that's dead from rrod.

Her: gibberish

Me: can I speak to someone who speaks English please?

Her: spreeaking!!

Me: hangs up, calls back, same woman answers the phone.

I'll always be a PlayStation fan for life after that. That's a slap in the face for millions of customers.

Really bad business.
